US Transportation Secretary Anthony Foxx is warning states of the danger of letting a federal fund for road and bridge repairs run out of money.  Unless Congress acts, the Highway Trust Fund, used to reimburse states for highway and transit projects, is set to become insolvent later this summer. Foxx met with Governor Dannel Malloy and members of Connecticut’s Congressional delegation in Hartford today on Thursday.
