Connecticut Democratic Governor Dannel Malloy and his Lieutenant Governor Nancy Wyman will receive about $6.5 million in public money to finance their re-election campaign. The money was approved on Wednesday by the state Elections Enforcement Commission. Malloy’s main Republican rival has yet to be approved for public funding.
