Monday is the deadline to register for Connecticut’s health care exchange – the state’s insurance program that’s part of the Affordable Care Act. WSHU’s Craig LeMoult spoke with Kevin Counihan, the CEO of the exchange, which is called Access Health Connecticut. Counihan says enrollment has been heavy.
