Bill to roll-back aggressive tree trimming by Conn. utilities passes key legislative committee

A bill that would force electric utilities in Connecticut to roll back an aggressive tree trimming program received the approval of a key state legislative committee on Tuesday. There’s been some recent public outcry against aggressive tree trimming by the utilities.
