Connecticut Insurance Commissioner Thomas Leonardi says President Obama is not trying to force state commissioners to follow his suggestion that they allow insurers to extend existing plans that don't comply with the Affordable Care Act.
Leonardi was one of several state commissioners from around the country who met with the President in the Oval Office on Wednesday.
