On Saturday, May 18 at 4 pm, pianist Tony Caramia presents a program that spans six decades of the 20th century's evolution of jazz, from ragtime through Marian McPartland. The concert is part of Trinity Southport's Music Under the Spire series, and also includes a master class on Friday, May 17.

Kate Remington talks with Tony about the roots of ragtime and jazz, and why he loves it so.
