The Stamford Symphony presents a concert of selections from beloved Italian operas, as well as the orchestra's premiere of a concert version of Gershwin's "Porgy and Bess" on February 9 and 10. Kate Remington had a chat with Lucas Richman, guest conductor for the concerts, about the music and some of his projects outside the concert hall.

Born in Madison, Wisconsin, Kate Remington joined WSHU in December of 2000, and she's been WSHU's Music Director since 2002.
