Music Interview: The Yale Philharmonia's Exciting Season Opener

On Friday, September 15th, the Yale Philharmoniais starting their new season with one of the most radical works ever written: Stravinsky's ballet, The Rite of Spring!

Kate Remington talked with conductor Peter Oundjian about the season opening concert, which also includes Mozart's Symphony No. 40, and Vaughan Williams' Fantasia on a Theme of Thomas Tallis.

Born in Madison, Wisconsin, Kate Remington joined WSHU in December of 2000, and she's been WSHU's Music Director since 2002.
