Several buildings at Yale have been evacuated as police respond to calls about bombs being placed in several buildings.

The student paper, Yale News, shared an alert that was sent to students and staff.

People are asked to avoid buildings in the Old Campus area. Students were evacuated to the New Haven Green.

Yale and New Haven police are investigating with the help of the Department of Homeland Security.
