Community Based Services (CBS), in partnership with Dutchess County, the Department of Behavioral and Community Health, and ThinkDIFFERENTLY, is holding a transition and resource fair for students with IEPs/504s, their families and educators, to learn about resources for transition support during the school years and to help plan for life after graduation.

This is a chance to meet face-to-face with provider agencies and other key organizations in the transition process and have your questions answered! Participating vendors will include resources for vocational training, higher learning programs, day programs, OPWDD eligibility, legal services, and more. Join us for this fun and informative event on November 6th from 4-7pm at Rhinebeck High School.
