Maurice Ravel was among the European composers who fell in love with American jazz when it crossed the Atlantic. During our music today we'll hear how Ravel subtly wove some jazzy sounds into his Piano Concerto in G. Tune in at 9 am on 91.1 and 107.5 FM and our music stream.

Born in Madison, Wisconsin, Kate Remington joined WSHU in December of 2000, and she's been WSHU's Music Director since 2002.
