Classical Music Highlight: 35 Minutes of Peace

Vaughan Williams wrote his Symphony No. 5 during World War II, and it provided a 35 minute break from the sttress of everyday life.  It'll  give you a break as well during our morning music program beginning at 9am on 91.1 and 107.5 FM and our music stream.

Born in Madison, Wisconsin, Kate Remington joined WSHU in December of 2000, and she was WSHU's Music Director from 2002 to 2023..
