Classical Music Highlight: Traveling Through Centuries With The Red Violin


The film The Red Violin follows the instrument on an epic journey from its creation in 17th century Italy to modern day Montreal. Tonight we'll enjoy the Caprices for Solo Violin that John Corigliano adapted from his Oscar-winning socre. 

Born in Madison, Wisconsin, Kate Remington joined WSHU in December of 2000, and she's been WSHU's Music Director since 2002.
