WSHU Public Radio Gives Back

Today will be like no other day in WSHU fundraising history. That’s because we’re doing our part to tackle hunger in our community, and you can help.

All day we’re partnering with two great organizations that serve the needy throughout our listening area. We’re clearing the deck of thank you gifts. Instead, when you support WSHU, we’re giving the money we normally spend on CDs, tote bags and the like directly to Connecticut Food Bank and Long Island Cares.

Here’s how it works:

Give $100 to WSHU and you're also helping to provide 9 nutritious meals to a neighbor in need.

For every $100 dollars we raise together, we help feed a family of 4 for a week.

Give, and make a difference!

Your generosity today will support WSHU programs and help alleviate hunger in our area. With your help, we look forward to making it a great day.

Hunger is often hidden in our area. Thank you for helping us bring relief to our most vulnerable neighbors.
