Who will qualify for absentee voting?

Connecticut’s Secretary of the State Denise Merrill has called on lawmakers to pass legislation to allow voters easy access to absentee ballots this November. Port Jefferson will house the first American-made ship to help with wind power off Long Island, Connecticut joins a national investigation into TikTok, and a government reform group claims New York’s previous governor is spending the money on ads that defend his reputation.
