Reps Larson and Courtney push for Congressional vote on renewal of Export-Import Bank charter

Two members of Congress from Connecticut are pushing back against tea party Republicans who want to see the demise of a federal agency that provides help for US exporters. U.S. Representatives Joe Courtney and John Larson, both Democrats, held an event in Hartford on Monday to call on the GOP-led House of Representatives to vote to renew the charter of the Export-Import bank.
