The Sober Truth: from Addiction to Recovery
Fairfield CARES, in partnership with Fairfield Public Library, presents a community conversation about substance abuse, addiction, and recovery with Hunter Flores. From early experimentation with marijuana to battling opioid addiction, Hunter Flores shares his lived experience, the impact addiction had on his life, and the path he took toward recovery. The program focuses on awareness, prevention, resilience, and hope, and is for those struggling with addiction as well as family members and others interested in the journey to recovery.
