Spring Solstice Labyrinth Walk
Spring Solstice Labyrinth Walk
The labyrinth is a path with one way in and one way out that is found on every continent and in every age. Walking a labyrinth is walking meditation, allowing your mind to get centered, to tune out all of the distractions and noise of everyday life, and find your inner self. It helps to have a wish or a purpose for walking the labyrinth: this is up to each individual. The spring solstice is the point in the year when daylight and darkness are each twelve hours long, and it is the start of the growing season for nature.
