Brace yourselves for a weekend of non-stop excitement as Our Lady of the Assumption Church proudly presents the highly anticipated 29th Annual SeptemberFest! Mark your calendars for the weekend of September 15-17 as the church grounds transform into a hub of exhilarating activities, captivating entertainment, and delectable cuisine. Get ready to create unforgettable memories with your loved ones at this must-attend event that brings the community together like never before. Hours of operation (weather dependent) are Friday from 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Saturday from 1 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on the church grounds located at 545 Stratfield Road, Fairfield, CT.

SeptemberFest has become a cherished tradition within the Fairfield community, attracting visitors from near and far. With its 29th edition, the festival promises to deliver an unforgettable experience filled with fun, laughter, and joyful memories.

This year's SeptemberFest will feature a dynamic lineup of events and attractions that cater to all ages and interests. Attendees can look forward to thrilling carnival rides, engaging games, and an array of mouthwatering food options. From classic fair treats to homemade foods in the parish’s food tents (including: pizza fritta, pizza, ziti, grinders, sausage and peppers, hot dogs, hamburgers, kielbasa, roast beef, porchetta, and much more), the festival offers something to satisfy every palate.

SeptemberFest is the parish’s largest annual fundraiser and boasts thousands of attendees who enjoy various activities for all ages from toddlers to centenarians. With both gentle and exhilarating amusement rides, many games and prizes, 50/50 raffles, a parish raffle with cash prizes, bingo, and amazing house-made ‘fest fare, the ‘Fest provides fun for the entire community.

Admission is free. Tickets must be purchased to access amusement rides.
