About Ray Lambiase

Ray Lambiase is a veteran New York singer-songwriter, who has just released his sixth full length CD, Perfume Like a Full Moon. Featuring ten new original songs, the album is his most personal and reflective collection to date. Previous well-received releases include The Road Ahead, Kid Bayonne and The Ballad of Three Finger Brown.

Ray began writing and performing his own songs as a teenager on Long Island. After traveling the college coffeehouse circuit in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, he formed his first band and released his first recording. That early vinyl single, Slow Dance Romeo received significant local radio airplay and led to publishing contracts with Nashville's Combine Music and Bob Dylan's Special Rider Music publishing arm in New York City.

His current band, The Tin Kickers, features Kate Corrigan on vocals, Lanny Sichel on lead guitar, Don Gabis on bass and Bill Intemann on drums. They most recently performed on Long Island at My Father's Place in Roslyn and Swing the Teapot in Floral Park. They have been featured in the Harborfront Park, Port Jefferson summer concert series.

Ray has performed in concert with Steve Forbert, Suzanne Vega, Eric Anderson, Graham Parker, Marshall Crenshaw and many others.
