Bridgeport native Andy Piascik, co-author with Steve Thornton of Radical Connecticut: People's History in the Constitution State, will discuss and sign copies of his book at Fairfield Woods Branch Library in Fairfield. The book contains narratives of social movements that have changed our country and our state for the better. It features people from all walks of life who joined the struggle for freedom and equality, with a fresh look at history that can offer hope and spark engagement.
