Float into Bliss: A Floating Sound Bath Meditation by Svara Sound

Curated by sound healing practitioners Jeff & Kim of Svara Sound, Float into Bliss is an immersive water-supported sound meditation designed to melt tension, calm the mind, and reset the nervous system.
Held poolside and in-water on soft floating rafts, this unique experience synchronizes the gentle support of water with the sacred frequencies of live sound instruments—including planetary gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes, voice, and more.

What to Expect:
As you settle onto your personal floating raft (Rafts, eye masks and small towel are provided) or waterside lounge, you’ll be gently immersed in a soundscape of harmonic frequencies. These vibrations interact with both your body and the water—offering a deeply relaxing experience unlike any other.

What’s Included:
- Supportive floating raft (or lounge/gravity chair, if you prefer to stay dry)
- Soft, quick-dry Turkish towel
- Lightweight air pillow for neck comfort
- Optional light silky eye mask to deepen relaxation

You'll experience:

Location will be provided upon registration.
- The floating sound bath will be held at one of the largest private pools in Connecticut (Manchester, CT)
Please arrive at 2:15 ready to float! The sound bath will begin at 2:30. Please wear loose clothing you do not mind getting a little wet and/or a bathing suit.
The sound journey will last for about 1 hour.
If you are unable to float due to any reason, you may use one of our lounge/gravity chairs set up around the pool.
