An Evening With George Hrab, Music Skepticism, Comedy: What?!

For 16 years, George Hrab has been the charismatic emcee for the Skeptical Extravaganza of Special Significance, touring the world with the renowned CT-based team behind The Skeptics' Guide to the Universe podcast.
In his hometown of Bethlehem, PA, George is best known as the longtime drummer for The Philadelphia Funk Authority. He’s also a multi-instrumentalist and songwriter with nine albums to his name. Globally, he’s recognized for The Geologic Podcast, a mix of science, humor, and music that recently earned him a place in the Podcast Hall of Fame after 900+ episodes.
A passionate science communicator, George has emceed major events like The Reason Rally, The Amaz!ng Meeting, CSICON, and NECSS. He’s also a TEDx speaker and frequent presenter on science, skepticism, grief, and pop culture.
