Johannes Brahms had the glowing recommendation of trusted critic Robert Schumann and he closely studied scores by his role models Beethoven and Mozart. From this, he delivered an outpouring of melodies his Serenade #1, which we’ll hear this morning on 91.1, 107.5, and our music stream.
