Sales tax for sewers

Suffolk County voters will likely get to decide whether to raise sales taxes to fund a sewer expansion plan. Early voting began this weekend in the race for NY-3's congressional seat. Senator Blumenthal speaks with local teachers about the impact of social media on their students. And Connecticut is experiencing a budget surplus.
