Connecticut state police have increased their presence at the Stamford, Bridgeport, and New Haven Metro-North train stations. Proposed changes from the VA could mean fewer benefits for Long Island veterans, a Connecticut Indian tribe is looking for federal recognition, and New York’s Lieutenant Governor has been arrested.
