ABOUT THE PLAY: A family living in the Deep South struggles to come together in this bizarre and darkly funny exploration of identity, media, and the deep-rooted trauma that haunts the Black race in America.

ABOUT THE WRITER: Brittany is an NYC-based playwright with roots in Richmond, VA. She is a recent graduate of Juilliard's Lila Acheson Wallace American Playwrights Program. Brittany's work has been recognized by and developed with the Kennedy Center, National Black Theatre, The O’Neill, Great Plains Theatre Conference, Alliance Theatre, Cadence Theatre Company, and Virginia Repertory Theatre. BA: James Madison University.
