Kansas teacher shortage grows, as more educators experience burnout

New research tells the story of school systems around the country: There’s a growing principal and teacher shortage, as educators face increased levels of stress and burnout.

That’s the case in Kansas, where a teacher shortage has been building for years and is likely to worsen in the fall.
