Real Food CT's Grow Your Garden Spring 2024 event will feature garden experts Nigel Palmer, author of The Regenerative Grower's Guide to Garden Amendments and Park City Harvest, authors of Grow to Eat, Grow to Heal, and Harvest Heroes. Also on hand will be master gardeners Sean Fitzpatrick (RFCT founder) and Nancy Zychek . There will be a seedling sale, vendors, food, and music.

Real Food CT was founded in 2019 and is dedicated to the belief that all people should have access to healthy food. RFCT grows and donates organic food, trains young farmers, and is currently establishing a food hub to distribute locally grown food to people who need it.
