Celebrating 125 years of Art with the Catharine Lorillard Wolfe Art Club
Catharine Lorillard Wolfe Art Club is celebrating 125 years with a Juried Associates and Members Satellite Show at the historic Deepwells Mansion in St James. CLWAC has existed since 1896 to promote the works of women artists and is named for Catharine Lorillard Wolfe a prominent American socialite and philanthropist who was the ONLY woman among the 106 founding members of the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The exhibit will include oils, watercolors, pastels, drawings, graphics and sculptures. Hours are 11AM-4PM, Wednesday through Sunday. Closed April 17.
