Stamford Mayor David Martin outlined his agenda to the city’s business leaders Tuesday in his first State of the City address.
Martin addressed more than 200 people at a Stamford Chamber of Commerce lunch event.
The 36-minute speech outlined Martin’s plan to change the way city government works.
