Community-Based Services (CBS), in partnership with Dutchess County, the Department of Behavioral and Community Health, and ThinkDIFFERENTLY, is holding a transition and resource fair for high school students with IEPs/504s and their families, to learn about resources and options for life after graduation.
This is a chance to meet face-to-face with provider agencies and other key organizations in the transition process and have your questions answered! Participating vendors will include resources for vocational training, higher learning programs, day programs, eligibility, and more. The event will take place on May 9th from 4-7pm at Spackenkill High School.
