Connecticut is showing strong signs of recovery from the pandemic, according to a jobs report from the Department of Labor.
The report said the state has recovered nearly 70% of the jobs lost at the beginning of the pandemic. Overall unemployment fell slightly between July and August.
All industries showed improvements, except government and education.
This is the eighth consecutive monthly improvement in job gains in this year.
