The pandemic has caused families to move, according to a report from United Van Lines.

Connecticut comes in as the third highest state to see an influx of new residents, according to a report from United Van Lines.

People across the country have been moving to states with lower COVID-19 numbers, during the pandemic.

The moving company interviewed customers and learned that about 20 percent of all people who moved into Connecticut between March and August did so because of COVID-19 numbers in their state.

New York was number 2 on the list of states that lost residents. The report found that nearly 16 percent of the moves out of New York were attributed to the virus.

Bill began his radio journey on Long Island, followed by stops in Schenectady, Bridgeport, Boston and New York City. He’s glad to be back on the air in Fairfield County, where he has lived with his wife and two sons for more than 20 years.
