N.Y. Gov. Andrew Cuomo announces a multi-state plan to reopen schools and businesses with Conn. Gov. Ned Lamont, N.J. Gov. Phil Murphy, Pa. Tom Wolf, Del. Gov. John Carney and R.I. Gov. Gina Raimondo.

New York and Connecticut, along with five other states, have formed a task force to reopen schools and businesses in coordination across the Mid-Atlantic region. How will that work?
