As "Patron Saint of Music" Saint Cecilia is the subject of many significant compositions! Her "feast day" is today -- November 22nd. So today's Beautiful Music is a performance of one of those works in tribute to her. Paul Agnew leads Les Arts Florissants performing George Frideric Handel's ODE FOR ST. CECILIA'S DAY HWV 76.

Suzanne Bona is the host and executive producer of Sunday Baroque, a nationally syndicated weekly radio show of Baroque and early music which she originated on WSHU in 1987.
