Conn ends the 2014 fiscal year with $33.2 million budget surplus

State Comptroller Kevin Lembo says Connecticut ended its 2014 fiscal year on Monday with a $33.2 million dollar budget surplus. That’s $10 million dollars less than was projected just a month ago. The surplus is also less than had been projected earlier in the year.
