Democrat Malloy responds to Republican Foley's accusation of cuts to education funding

Connecticut’s Democratic Governor Dannel Malloy responded on Wednesday to his Republican opponent Tom Foley’s accusation that state spending on schools and municipalities has declined over the last three years. Foley made the accusation when he accepted his party’s endorsement at the GOP convention on Saturday and repeated it on television the next day.
