Suffolk bans fracking waste water

At its regular legislative meeting, Suffolk County lawmakers moved to ban the use of hydrofracking waste and to ban smoking on the campus of the county Community College.  Lawmakers also heard arguments about a bill that would ban the sale of puppies coming from so-called puppy mills.
