Community-Based Services (CBS), in partnership with Dutchess County, the Department of Behavioral and Community Health, and ThinkDIFFERENTLY, is holding a transition and resource fair at Dutchess Boces Conference Center in Poughkeepsie on November 9th for students with IEPs and 504s, their families, and educators to learn about resources and options for life after high school. This is a chance to meet face-to-face with providers, agencies, and other key organizations in the transition process and have your questions answered! Participating vendors will include resources for vocational training, higher learning programs, day programs, and more!
