In 1919, Igor Stravinsky was asked to write music for a ballet based on music manuscripts two centuries old. He agreed, resolving to remaking the music with “his own accent,” he said. Pulcinella is his accented music we’ll hear this morning just after 9 a.m. on 91.1, 107.5, and our music stream.

We’re thrilled to introduce Emily Boyer as WSHU's morning classical host.
