It took Brahms many years and reams of manuscript paper to get his first symphony just the way he wanted it. After that struggle, his Symphony No. 2 came fairly easily, as we'll hear during our music today, beginning at 9 a.m. on 91.1 and 107.5 FM and our music stream.
