Inspired by Middle Eastern ideas, early 20th Century composer Georges Gurdijeff created retreats where music was an essential part of helping people get their lives back in balance.  We'll enjoy one of these healing pieces during our morning music beginning at 9 am on 91.1 and 107.5 FM and our music stream.

Born in Madison, Wisconsin, Kate Remington joined WSHU in December of 2000, and she's been WSHU's Music Director since 2002.
