From WSHU's daytime and evening classical programs, Kate Remington and Lauren Rico give you a heads-up on some of the best music they've selected.

Classical Music Highlight: Telemann's Water Music Includes Actual Watery Creatures!

Telemann's Water Music was written to celebrate the founding of Hamburg's Admiralty, so he included many marine references: fish, naiads, even Poseidon, god of the sea!  We'll enjoy it this morning.

Born in Madison, Wisconsin, Kate Remington joined WSHU in December of 2000, and she's been WSHU's Music Director since 2002.
