Listen today: We can all enjoy Dumbarton Oaks

Stravinsky composed his concerto Dumbarton Oaks for a wealthy Washington DC couple as an anniversary gift. The works takes its name from their estate, which is now open to the public. We’ll visit virtually during our music today beginning at 9am, on 91.1 and 107.5 FM and our music stream.

Born in Madison, Wisconsin, Kate Remington joined WSHU in December of 2000, and she's been WSHU's Music Director since 2002.
