In February, President Barack Obama signed the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. It's purpose is to jolt the economy out of the current recession by injecting $787 billion tax dollars into local economies. As part of the WSHU Stimulus Watch, we're tracking how federal stimulus dollars are being spent in Connecticut and on Long Island.
